In summer and autumn 2016 Rounded Rhythm ran a series of creative movement sessions in partnership with Impact Initiatives at the Dingemans Centre and Cafe for adults aged 55+ in Steyning. The sessions included gentle aerobic activity to promote cardiovascular health exercises to gently mobilise and stretch muscles and joints and extend range of movement group interaction and reminiscence activities to stimulate social interaction and wellbeing and to elicit ideas for movement creative improvisation and sharing.

“I enjoyed the whole process…it became very important to me.” (Participant)
